Welcome to Resellprint (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or using our products and services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We provide supplier contact lists for reselling purposes, blueprints and guides to assist in building a reselling business, and one-on-one mentorship programs with a commitment that the program continues until the agreed investment has been earned back.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Use of Materials

All blueprints, guides, and supplier information are for your personal business use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish, or disclose any materials provided by us without explicit written permission. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of our content (including supplier contacts, blueprints, and mentorship materials) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and/or financial penalties.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide tools, guidance, and mentorship, your success depends on your own effort, application, and market conditions. We do not guarantee earnings beyond our “earn-back” mentorship structure.

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and valid.

6. Mentorship Guarantee

Our mentorship programs continue until you have earned back at least the amount of your original investment, provided you actively participate and follow the agreed plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
